素馅的饺子由于皮薄,建议用中火蒸10-12分钟。

🟡As the vegetarian skin is thin, we suggest to steam the dumplings instead of boiling so that they won’t burst and disintegrate in the water.

🟡Put frozen dumplings in a steamer lined with a bamboo mat, cabbage leaf, or cheese cloth and steam for 10-12 minutes.

生煎 Pan-Fry
******
1. 不粘锅中薄薄铺一层油,把速冻水饺排放好(勿需解冻)。
2. 将锅贴排到锅中煎一会儿至底有点变黄。
3. 加适量水入锅中(不用淹没锅贴),盖上盖子中火继续煎。
4. 大约煎3分钟,开盖,继续煎到锅里水分基本蒸发干,饺子皮变得透明。
5. 锅贴底金黄褐色即可出锅。
6. 配着饺子皇后的独家秘制辣椒油🌶️和黑醋吃!

🟡 Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a non-stick pan over medium high heat.
🟡 Place the dumplings in the pan and allow to fry for 2 minutes.
🟡 Pour a thin layer of water into the pan, cover, and reduce heat to medium-low. Allow dumplings to steam until the water has evaporated.
🟡 Remove the cover, increase heat to medium-high and allow to fry for a few more minutes, until the bottoms of the dumplings are golden brown and crisp.
